This safeguarding training is designed for all levels of managers working in organisations that provide services to children, young people and their families. This includes supervisors, frontline managers, managers of child protection units and staff who specify, commission, monitor or provide such services.
It will show them how to ensure staff are appropriately trained and leadership is embedded through every organisation.
After completing the course learners should be able to:

This online training is structured to include:

Approximately 2 and a half hours. There are around 80 interactive screens, which can be completed at your convenience and your progress will be recorded throughout.
This training is designed for anyone working in safeguarding but particularly managers, senior managers and advanced practitioners who manage the performance of others.
There are no specific entry requirements for this course.
This course content has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.
